This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions for returning products purchased from AISHO through

1. Return PeriodYou may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return ConditionsTo be eligible for return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Not worn, washed or damaged
- In its original condition
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In its original packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable ItemsAccessories are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and product preservation reasons.
4. Sale and Discounted ItemsSale or discounted items may be returned or exchanged under the same conditions as regular-priced items, provided that they meet the return requirements.
5. ExchangesExchanges are possible if the requested size, model or product is available in stock.
If the requested item is not available, we may offer an alternative option or process a refund, subject to approval.
6. Return Shipping CostsReturn shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases where:
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was sent
- The order was incorrectly fulfilled by AISHO
In such cases, AISHO will cover the return and replacement delivery costs.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence
- Your contact details
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include replacement, exchange or refund.
8. Refund ProcessOnce we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that the final time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, your bank or payment provider.
