These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AISHO website and your purchase of products through the website.
By using the website or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility to Place an Order
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to place an order.
If you are placing an order on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on their behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout is complete, current and accurate.
3. Products and Availability
AISHO offers fashion products and related accessories.
Product availability, sizes, colours, materials and other characteristics are shown on the relevant product page.
All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions and prices accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, production variations or other technical factors.
Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s identity, quality or intended use will not normally constitute a defect.
4. Prices and Currency
Store prices are set in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED) unless expressly stated otherwise.
The price displayed at checkout is the product price payable for the selected items, excluding any shipping charge that is separately confirmed after checkout under our Shipping Policy.
Stripe or another payment provider may display supported payment options, an alternative currency or an estimated currency conversion. The final amount and currency will be shown to the customer before payment is confirmed.

AISHO may change product prices, promotional offers and availability before an order is submitted.
If an obvious pricing or product-information error is discovered after an order is placed, AISHO will contact the customer before dispatch. The customer may confirm the corrected terms or cancel the affected item or order for a refund of the applicable amount.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout.
Available payment methods may depend on the customer’s country, card issuer, currency and the payment provider’s services.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
• The information supplied is accurate
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• Sufficient funds or credit are available
• The payment does not breach applicable law
A payment may be declined, delayed or subjected to additional verification by Stripe, the card issuer, the bank or another payment service provider.
AISHO does not receive or store the customer’s complete card number through the standard Stripe checkout process.
6. Order Submission and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated email, website message or order number confirms that the order has been received. It does not by itself guarantee that the order has been accepted for dispatch.
An order is accepted for fulfilment after AISHO has confirmed, where applicable:
• Successful payment
• Product availability
• The customer’s contact and delivery information
• Delivery availability
• Any shipping charge that must be confirmed after checkout
• The absence of an obvious pricing or product-information error
AISHO may contact the customer to request additional information before accepting or dispatching an order.
7. Order Refusal, Limitation or Cancellation by AISHO
AISHO may refuse, limit or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:
• A product is unavailable
• Payment is unsuccessful, reversed or considered high risk
• The customer’s information is incomplete or appears incorrect
• Delivery is unavailable to the requested destination
• The customer does not accept an applicable shipping charge
• An obvious pricing, stock or product-information error occurred
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected
• Fulfilment would breach applicable law, sanctions, courier restrictions or safety requirements
If AISHO cancels a paid order before dispatch, the approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Orders for delivery within the United Arab Emirates may be placed directly through the website.
Orders for GCC destinations available at checkout may also be placed through the website. Because shipping charges are not currently calculated automatically at checkout, AISHO will contact the customer after the order is placed and before dispatch to confirm:
• Delivery availability
• The shipping cost
• The estimated delivery time
• Any required shipping-payment arrangement
Selected destinations outside the GCC may be available under the same confirmation process.
An order will not be dispatched until any applicable shipping charge has been accepted and paid.
If the customer does not accept a shipping charge confirmed only after checkout, the customer may request cancellation before dispatch and receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled products.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, security restrictions or other circumstances beyond AISHO’s reasonable control.
9. Delivery Information and Failed Delivery
The customer must provide a complete and accurate:
• Recipient name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Country and city
• Delivery address
• Any additional information reasonably required by the courier
AISHO is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional courier costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
If an order is returned because the customer or recipient could not be contacted, refused delivery or provided incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
10. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, these charges:
• Are not included in the product price
• Are not included in the separately confirmed shipping charge
• Are payable by the recipient
AISHO is not responsible for customs delays or destination-country import restrictions outside its reasonable control.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on Stripe, the issuing bank or another payment provider.

After reviewing the request, AISHO will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law. This may include return and refund, replacement, exchange or another agreed solution.
13. Product Care and Customer-Caused Damage
Customers must follow any care instructions supplied with the product.
AISHO is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Alteration or repair by the customer or a third party

• Accidental damage
